Can you believe fall is already here? Time flew by so quickly; God, slow It down, PLEASE!
After summer ends, we all start to get busy again. Work, school, and prepping for the upcoming holidays, and family get-togethers can feel like a lot. It's easy to forget to check in with ourselves, which can make this time of year more stressful than needed.
I try my hardest to be very intentional with myself. Meaning… I have gotten into the habit of checking in with myself and seeing what I truly need. Yes, I have a self-care routine, but those routines are based on my needs. For example, self-care this week looks like loving on myself a little more and extending grace for not being able to focus the way I want to on specific lifestyle changes. Last week, I was relaxing and enjoying returning home after three weeks of traveling. Self-care is essential; it's not just about pampering yourself — it's about nurturing your mind, body, and soul, especially during a season of change and transition.
I've put together a list of some fall self-care ideas that I want to try and share with y'all. If you choose to do any of them, tag me or comment and LMK :)
Let's get into it! These fall self-care ideas are to help you embrace the season and take care of yourself:
